Who provides IQ Card
IQ Card is provided by Jeffrey Douglas Buttigieg, trading as ProspectIQ, 57, Triq il-Għajn, Swieqi, Malta (VAT MT33023015). Contact: privacy@prospectiq.biz. Wherever these terms say "we", "us" or "ProspectIQ", they mean this contracting party.
Using ProspectIQ
ProspectIQ is for real estate professionals. You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe.
Your content
You own the details, photos, logos, videos and documents you add. You give us permission to store and show them only to run the service for you. Only upload logos and images you have the right to use.
Contacts and consent
When you scan someone's card or ask a client to sign, you are responsible for having a fair reason to keep their details and for following local data protection law.
Signatures
ProspectIQ helps you place signatures on documents. It is up to you to check that an electronic signature is acceptable for each document.
Subscriptions (to be reviewed by a lawyer)
IQ Card is paid-only. Founding Pro prices are €9.99/month or €89/year, VAT included. The founding offer ends 31 December 2026 at 23:59 Malta time; your founding price stays locked while your subscription stays active. Pro begins with a 7-day free trial requiring a payment method, then renews automatically until canceled. IQ Card Team is €69/month plus VAT for up to 10 agents, with each extra agent €5.90/month plus VAT. Website card purchases are managed and canceled in Billing; Apple purchases are managed and canceled in the App Store on your iPhone. Monthly/yearly plan changes take effect immediately with prorated credits or charges. Cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends. After access ends, your public card has a 14-day grace period, then goes offline. Your data is retained and renewal restores access. EU consumers must explicitly agree that the service starts immediately and acknowledge the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right once it does. This clause is a draft requiring legal review; mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Don't use ProspectIQ to send spam, mislead people or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We work hard to keep ProspectIQ available and accurate, but the service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.
