The data controller is Jeffrey Douglas Buttigieg, trading as ProspectIQ, 57, Triq il-Għajn, Swieqi, Malta (VAT MT33023015). For any privacy question or request, including access, correction or deletion, email privacy@prospectiq.biz.

Who we are

ProspectIQ is a digital business card and sales toolkit for real estate agents. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password or Google sign-in). Card details you choose to add, such as phone numbers, photo, company logo, links and listings. Contacts you scan from paper business cards, including the card photo. Signatures and signed documents you create. Videos you record or upload. Basic activity on your public card and videos, such as views and taps.

Camera, microphone and photos

The app uses the camera to scan business cards and record videos, the microphone to record video sound, and your photo library when you choose a picture or file to upload. Nothing is captured unless you start it.

How we use it

To run your card, contacts, signatures, listings and videos, to show you activity on your card, and to send emails you ask us to send, such as signed viewing sheets. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Scanning

Business card photos are read by an AI text recognition service to fill in contact fields. The photo is stored privately in your account.

Who can see it

Only you can see your contacts, signatures, documents and private notes. Anyone with your card link can see the details you choose to show on your card. Videos are only visible through links you share.

Storage and security

Your information is stored with our cloud hosting provider using encryption and access controls. Private files are only shared through links that expire.

Who processes it for us

We use a small set of service providers to run IQ Card: Supabase / Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), Stripe (website payments), Apple (in-app purchases), RevenueCat (subscription management), and our email sending service (transactional emails). They process information only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your card details, contacts, signatures, documents and videos at any time. You can delete your whole account yourself: in the app under More → Account → Delete account, or on the website under Billing → Delete account. This removes your data, including reviews about you and their reviewers' email addresses.

Complaints

You have the right to complain to Malta's data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), about how we handle your information.
